1. Assist you with deciding what states you want to get licensed in based on marketing strategies, cost, state regulations, etc.
2. Gather all required documentation on the company and its principals
3. File for Certificate of Authority or other Formation Documents with the Secretary of State(s)
4. Contract a Registered Agent service and coordinate filings with them.
5. Acquire Surety Bonds from your insurance broker or our recommended insurance brokers
6. Process and file all license applications
7. Follow up with the state regulatory agencies for application status
8. Maintain contact with the state regulatory agency until you receive your license
